a) The number of guests charged will correspond to the number of guests guaranteed on
the confirmation sheet.

b) Upon confirmation, a 20% non-refundable deposit would be required based on the
minimum guaranteed for the food and beverage before taxes.

c) Event needs to be confirmed 3 working days before event date.

d) A 30% cancellation fee will be levied should the event be cancelled within 7 days.

e) A 100% cancellation fee will be levied should the event be cancelled within 24 hours.

f) All rates quoted are subjected to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes,
unless otherwise stated and is subject to change of government taxes and/or levies.

g) There will be a catering fee imposed on all events which includes the provision of
chefs, service staff, chinaware, glassware, flatware, linen, basic decoration and
transportation.

h) Due to the variable nature of events, final reconciliation will be done only after the event
to allow for losses/ breakages, additional charge due to increased numbers or extensions,
last minute requests etc.
